Hollow Body Position

Carl Paoli does a great job of describing the hollow body position and progressions of this position for athletes beginning an exercise program that need to develop the ability to brace the spine in neutral position.  I’ve seen this used very successfully as a treatment component with athletes experiencing back pain due to excessive extension of their spine during their sports.
