Chain Military Press

Wanted to share a new exercise I’ve been doing that I love.  It is a standard standing barbell military press performed with the weights hanging from chains.  This really increases the stability needs on the entire body and absolutely smokes the delts.  I also occasionally perform overhead holds with this for extra stability work.

Go light…they are brutal!
