Glute Ham Sit Up Variations

Last week I wrote about one of my favorite abdominal exercises, the glute ham sit up (HERE).  As promised, I am posting another video demonstrating three variations on the glute ham sit up that allow for good progression of this exercise as well as allowing you to add an upper body component to the exercise.The three variations are:

  1. A sit up with a press
  2. A sit up with the arms locked out the entire time and brought overhead as you sit up
  3. A sit up with a front raise performed to overhead
